Nicholson and Hall Corporation owns and operates a shop facility immediately adjacent to its office, located in the Cobblestone District of downtown Buffalo, New York.
The shop facility is utilized to fabricate, erect and repair boilers, condensing units, heat exchangers and other pressure parts that are transportable by trucks to various facilities throughout the region.
The overhead crane can erect boilers and other various pressure vessels and specialty items up to 250,000 pph.
Nicholson and Hall also operates an additional shop facility 3 miles from the home office in the Union Ship Canal. It is capable of erecting boilers up to 4000,000 pph. Completed units are easily transported by barge to anywhere within the Great Lakes and other East Coast Ports. The overhead crane in this facility can lift 70,000 lbs, with a floor to hook height of 38 feet.
